6-WEEK PROGRAM

 
 

My 6 Week At-Home program is designed for all levels: Beginner, Moderate, and Advanced. With this program, my goal is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals from the comfort of your home as it requires minimal equipment. The focus of this program is major muscle groups.
